Linda Rawlings

Linda studied art in New York City at The Museum of Modern Art. Attended The Art Students League for Life Drawing, Painting and Etching Classes, during her high school and college years.

Received a Studio Art Degree with a minor in Art History and teaching certification at Marymount Manhattan College and Photography from St. John’s University.

Post baccalaureate studies at The New York Institute of Photography – Professional Photography and Digital Photography, as well as Graduate work in Photography at Texas Tech University.  She also attended advanced jewelry, ceramics and printmaking workshops.


She has taught advanced art and photography for 21 years and has served as a Visual Arts Chairman.

In addition Linda taught educators in Alternative photo printing techniques, silkscreen printing, photo-etching, handmade paper and book art.

Linda is a professional fashion, wedding and landscape photographer.


Her current focus is landscape, nature and old historic structures.

She is also using unique historical photographic techniques to create patterns from nature on fabric and paper.  Natural fiber art printing is her latest pursuit.


Her work has been exhibited in NYC, California, Texas and Arkansas.

She is a working artist whose “Riverside Studio” is part of the “Off The Beaten Path Studio Artists Tour”

Currently residing along the beautiful White River in Arkansas and being inspired daily by its pristine natural beauty and rich history.
