“Last Out: Elegy of a Green Beret,” was written by former Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel Scott Mann and is based on real events. The play, performed by a professional cast of military veterans, examines the impact of war on the warrior and his/her family. It is a story first told by the Greek poet Homer in the “Odyssey” about the struggles Odysseus and his family endure as he struggled to return home from the Trojan War. Lieutenant Colonel Mann has written a modern day “Odyssey” and it is a white-knuckle ride through the after-math of war. Highly acclaimed on a twenty-city tour, the Arkansas Craft School is proud to present the play on 26 February at 7 pm. at the main auditorium of the Ozark Folk Center. Tickets are $10 per person; $7.50 for veterans. Buy Tickets
