PHOTO RELEASE

I hereby grant the Arkansas Craft School permission to use my likeness and/or images of my artwork in a photograph or other digital reproduction in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to brochures, postcards, websites, and social media pages, without payment or any other consideration. 

I also authorize the Arkansas Craft School to publish or distribute this photo or images of my artwork in publications for purposes of publicizing its programs and overall mission. 

I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including printed or electronic copy, wherein my likeness or images of my artwork appear.
