Teresa Dory

Digital Art and Illustration

Teresa’s art blends whimsical watercolor textures, soft pencil cross-hatching, and folk-art inspired patchwork landscapes. Her work includes nursery prints, seasonal collections, and photo restorations/reimagining; always with the goal of sparking warmth, wonder, and connection.

I am Teresa, an artist and storyteller based in the Ozarks. My work is deeply rooted in family heritage, local culture, and the patchwork beauty of the Arkansas hills.

As the primary caregiver to my two young grandsons, I find endless inspiration in their sense of wonder and adventure. I’ve built my creative practice around weaving together personal stories, regional identity, and a touch of fairytale magic. I weave in Ozark motifs—quilt-pattern hills, lantern light, border collies, and bottle trees—alongside imaginative characters such as foxes, reindeer, and my grandsons. Each piece is meant to feel both nostalgic and magical: rooted in Arkansas traditions yet opening into an enchanted storybook world.
