Walk In The Park Acrylic, Aug 1
Date: August 1, 2026
Time: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Tuition and Materials: $75
Instructor: Dana Johnson
Students: Ages 16+
Location: 101 N Peabody Ave, Mountain View (Main Campus)
Students will learn from a highly experienced instructor how to paint a Fall park scene with some palette knife work. Using a palette knife with acrylic paint is highly recommended and widely used by artists to create textured, impasto effects, clean sharp lines, and to mix colors without wasting paint in brush bristles. The technique is versatile, allowing for both thick, cake-frosting-like applications and delicate, detailed work.
This workshop is for beginners to experienced painters. Materials and instructions are included and you will be taking home your beautiful painting ready for framing.
