Stained Glass Heart, January 17-18

Instructor: Suzette Clements
Student ages: 16+
Location: Main Campus, 101 N Peabody Avenue, Mountain View, Arkansas
Don’t just give your Valentine a card, give them something special and handmade by you! At the end of the two days, you will take home a Valentine heart with a crystal in the center. No previous stained glass experience is required for this workshop. You will learn to prepare a pattern, cut glass and learn the techniques of copper foil assembly. You will also learn to solder, clean, polish and add embellishments on this stained glass piece. You will be able to choose your glass (not all hearts have to be red or pink) and your crystal to make this piece uniquely yours.
Suzette Clements has a degree in Fine Arts and is an artist in not only stained glass, but many different fine art mediums, china painting and costume sewing. She has been showing and selling artwork for 40 years.
